SMT 磁性载具借助磁力吸附定位FPC或者超薄PCB，应用于贴片、回流焊制程，快速换板，提升 SMT 生产效率
基材：1、耐高温玻纤板 / 铝合金，具备低热膨胀、不变形特性，耐受回流焊高温；
2. 永磁体：耐高温磁铁，持续提供吸附力，高温环境不易退磁； 3. 吸附盖板 ：有效保护FPC的伸缩带来的炉后形变
4. 定位销：实现 FPC/PCB 精准定位，保证贴片精度。
The SMT magnetic carrier uses magnetic force to attract and position FPC or ultra-thin PCB. It is applied in the mounting and reflow soldering processes, enabling fast board changeover and improving SMT production efficiency.
Material Composition:
1. Substrate: High-temperature resistant fiberglass board / aluminum alloy. Features low thermal expansion and anti-deformation properties, capable of withstanding high temperatures during reflow soldering.
2. Permanent Magnet: High-temperature resistant magnet that provides sustained adsorption force and resists demagnetization under high-temperature conditions.
3. Suction Cover: Effectively reduces post-reflow deformation caused by FPC expansion and contraction.
4. Locating Pins: Achieve precise positioning of FPC/PCB to ensure mounting accuracy.
